本文从理论上分析了构成功率合成器的主要组件——横向耦合同轴-波导二级管管座的结构,建立了它的等效电路模型。并且通过计算机模拟分析,得到腔体短路位置l_4。失配负载Z_1及其位置l_1。腔体输出负载Z_3及其位置l_3、同轴线内导体半径r以及同轴线段之间的距离等参量与功率比的关系。根据此结果给出毫米波合成器设计的最佳方案。模拟分析已为实验结果所证实。
In this paper, the structure of the horizontal coupling coaxial waveguide-waveguide sub-base which constitutes the main component of the power combiner is analyzed theoretically and its equivalent circuit model is established. And by computer simulation analysis, the cavity short circuit position l_4. Mismatch load Z_1 and its position l_1. Cavity output load Z_3 and its position l_3, coaxial conductor radius r and the distance between the coaxial line and other parameters and power ratio. Based on this result, the best design of millimeter wave synthesizer is given. Simulation analysis has been confirmed by experimental results.
