在齿轮磨损实验平台上,利用分析式铁谱仪和铁谱显微镜对齿轮在运转过程中产生的各异常磨粒进行分类、统计,并利用数学软件进行曲线拟合,得到了一条磨粒百分比——时间曲线。通过实验所得图片的对比分析,可以看出,这条曲线是与设备当前的磨损状态一致的。这说明,在一定的载荷下,整个磨损过程中磨粒的产生是有规可循的,再结合不同磨粒产生机理的不同,就可以进一步得到整个磨损形态的变化趋势,为设备运转状态的判定提供新的依据
