目的:建立在同一色谱条件下测定枳壳、陈皮和青皮中的活性成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用Phenomenex Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(17:83)(用磷酸调pH至3.0)为流动相,检测波长283nm。结果:柚皮苷、橙皮苷及新橙皮苷的线性范围分别为0.0999~1.249μg(r=0.9996),0.08172~1.0215μg(r=0.9999),0.0816~1.02μg(r=0.9996)。结论:该法简便,分离效果好,专属性强,准确,可用于人参健脾片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin in the Fructus Aurantii, Citrus rehmanniae and epidermis under the same chromatographic conditions. Methods: The mobile phase was Phenomenex Gemini C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water (17:83) adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results: The linear ranges of naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin were 0.0999-1.249 μg (r = 0.9996), 0.08172-1.0215 μg (r = 0.9999) and 0.0816-1.02 μg (r = 0.9996), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, effective separation, specificity and accuracy, can be used for quality control of ginseng spleen tablets.
