本文研究了喷熔层厚度和不同冷却方式对耐磨性的影响,同时也研究了热等静压处理对涂层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,厚度增加,耐磨性增加;但厚度增加到一定值时,磨损速率不变。在不同的磨损实验中,冷却方式对耐磨性的影响不同。热等静压能够促进化学元素的扩散,它不仅提高涂层的密度和结合强度,也能显著提高耐磨性。
In this paper, the effects of spray thickness and different cooling methods on the wear resistance were studied. The effect of hot isostatic pressing on the wear resistance of the coating was also studied. The results show that the thickness increases and the wear resistance increases. But when the thickness increases to a certain value, the wear rate does not change. In different wear tests, the impact of cooling on wear resistance is different. Hot isostatic pressing can promote the diffusion of chemical elements, which not only improve the density and bonding strength of the coating, but also significantly improve the wear resistance.
