选择因正畸需要拔除的牙体完整、无龋损的前磨牙8个,制备牙颈部牙本质小管暴露的牙本质样本32个,按处理方法不同随机分为4组:空白对照组、Er:YAG激光处理组、3M ESPE Adper Easy-one粘结剂处理组、Er:YAG激光、3M ESPE Adper Easy-one粘结剂联合处理组,扫描电镜下比较牙本质表面超微形态、纵断面的粘结剂牙本质界面的混合层、树脂突的微观表现,观察牙本质小管的堵塞效果。
Eight intact and carious premolar teeth that need to be removed due to orthodontics were selected and 32 dentinal samples exposed from dentin tubules were prepared and divided into 4 groups at random according to different treatment methods: control group, Er : YAG laser treatment group, 3M ESPE Adper Easy-one adhesive treatment group, Er: YAG laser, 3M ESPE Adper Easy-one adhesive treatment group, under the scanning electron microscope to compare the ultrastructure of dentin surface, longitudinal section The mixed layer of the dentin interface of the adhesive and the microscopic appearance of the resin protrudes and the clogging effect of dentinal tubules was observed.
