建立啤酒中铅的测定方法。通过低温加热挥发啤酒中的乙醇,浓缩后的样品加入5mL硝酸,120℃消解1h,然后冷却定容,经石墨炉原子吸收法测量铅的含量。该方法在10-50ng/mL的线性范围内具有良好线性关系,方法检出限为2.1ng/mL,回收率在89-104%,相对标准偏差为8.3%。该方法简便、快捷、灵敏,适合大批量啤酒中铅的检测。
Determination of lead in beer. The low-temperature heating volatilizes the alcohol in the beer. The concentrated sample is added with 5 mL of nitric acid, digested at 120 ° C. for 1 hour, then cooled and fixed, and the lead content is measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
