军队作为国家或者政治集团为政治目的而服务的正规武装组织,在保卫国家主权、促进社会和谐发展等方面具有重要作用,而人事管理是军队日常管理工作的重要组成部分,传统管理模式已经难以满足现代军队发展需求,特别是面对平战结合新形势,如何创新军队人事管理模式受到越来越多的关注。本文将对平战结合形势下,军队人事管理的重要性进行分析和研究,并提出平战结合的军队人事管理模式构建,旨在为提高我国军队人事管理提出指导和支持。
As a regular armed organization serving the political purpose of a country or a political group, the army plays an important role in safeguarding national sovereignty and promoting social harmony and development. Personnel management is an important component of the daily management of the army. The traditional management model has been difficult to meet. In order to meet the needs of the development of the modern armed forces, especially in the face of the new situation of combining peace with war, more and more attention has been paid to how to innovate the personnel management mode of the army. This article will analyze and study the importance of military personnel management under the situation of combining peacetime and wartime, and put forward the construction of military and personnel management mode combining peacetime with wartime with the purpose of providing guidance and support for improving the personnel management in our army.
