Objective To explore the significance of controlling blood glucose in improving pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group (satisfaction with glycemic control) and the control group (with unsatisfactory glycemic control) according to the effect of glycemic control, 30 cases in each group. Comparing the incidence of complications between two groups of pregnant women and perinatal children. Results The incidence of maternal hypertension was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the incidence of puerperium complications in the observation group was also less than that in the control group. Compared with gestational hypertension, polyhydramnios, infection, postpartum hemorrhage and premature rupture of membranes Broken and other indicators, the difference was statistically significant, but the difference between the two groups of perinatal complications did not have statistical significance. Discussion on improving gestational maternal blood sugar and reasonable control, to improve maternal outcomes and perinatal status is of great significance.
