用含不同毒死蜱浓度的毒土对家白蚁 ( Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki)进行了生物测定 .浓度范围为 0 .0 15- 0 .4 8mg/ kg,观察 2周。实验观察发现土壤中毒死蜱浓度为 0 .4 8- 0 .0 6mg/ kg时 ,白蚁接触毒土出现的死亡高峰为 4小时至 2天 ;在 0 .0 3mg/ kg时 ,死亡高峰在 1周以后 ;而浓度为 0 .0 15mg/ kg时 ,2周内仍观察不到白蚁的死亡。所获的生物测定数据很好地拟合时间 -剂量 -死亡率模型 ,经模型分析估计出毒死蜱作用于家白蚁的时间与剂量效应参数。拟合分析的结果表明 :在 4小时以及 1、2、7和 14天毒死蜱的 L C50 和 LC90 值分别为 0 .4 53± 0 .0 62、0 .12 1± 0 .0 17、0 .0 75± 0 .0 0 3、0 .0 30± 0 .0 0 2、0 .0 2 8± 0 .0 0 2和 0 .656± 0 .0 94、0 .176±0 .0 2 6、0 .10 9± 0 .0 0 4、0 .0 4 4± 0 .0 0 4、0 .0 4 0± 0 .0 0 3mg/ kg。当浓度为 0 .0 3、0 .0 6、0 .12、0 .18、0 .4 8mg/ kg时 ,毒死蜱对家白蚁的致死中时间 ( L T50 )分别为 10 d、3.1d、1d、11.2 h和 3.7h。
Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki was bioassayed with toxins containing different concentrations of chlorpyrifos in the concentration range of 0.15-15.88 mg / kg for 2 weeks. When the concentration was 0 .0 3,0 .0 6,0 .12,0. 18,0. 48mg / kg, the lethal time of chlorpyrifos to house termites (L T50) was 10 d, 3.1 d, 1 d , 11.2 h and 3.7 h.
