活力板运动是一项既可以锻炼身体,又可以愉悦心情的新兴运动。活力板运动流行于日韩风靡于欧美,自从2008年进入中国后,便很快受到中国青少年的喜爱。它融娱乐、健身、休闲于一体,能很好地锻炼腰腹和下肢力量,提高身体的柔韧度和灵敏性,提高身体的平衡能力。活力板运动的危险性与其他项目相比要小得多且简单易学,它对场地的要求也不是很高,非常适合广大中小学生学习。我们学校的这项运动开展得比较早,因此基础比较好。
Vigorboard is a new sport that can both exercise and delight. The vitality plate movement is popular in Japan and South Korea and has been popular in Europe and the United States. Since entering China in 2008, it has quickly become popular with Chinese teenagers. It integrates entertainment, fitness and leisure into one body. It can exercise waist and abdomen and lower extremity strength, improve the flexibility and agility of the body, and improve the balance of the body. The risk of vitality board movement is much smaller and easier to learn than other projects. Its requirements for the venue are not very high, and it is very suitable for the majority of primary and middle school students to learn. This school in our school started earlier, so the foundation is better.
