对三维内翅片管内低质量流速的高、中、低压汽液两相流摩擦阻力进行了试验研究。试验段是由24×2不锈钢管机加工成的三维内翅片管,长1.5m。试验参数范围:压力P=3.92~12MPa;质量流速G=390~982kg/m2·s;热流密度q=0.201~1.86MW/m2;平均干度Xp=0.038~0.332。本文采用相同管长和直径的光管两相流摩擦阻力乘以倍增因子的方法来计算内翅片管两相流摩擦阻力,对所得到的试验数据,按非线性回归,得到了上述参数范围内内翅片管两相流摩擦阻力的经验关系式。
The frictional resistance of high, medium and low pressure two-phase flow in low-mass-velocity three-dimensional finned tube was studied. The test section is made of 24 × 2 stainless steel tube machined into a three-dimensional fin tube, length 1.5m. The test parameters range: pressure P = 3.92 ~ 12MPa; mass flow rate G = 390 ~ 982kg / m2 · s; heat flux density q = 0.201 ~ 1.86MW / m2; average dry Xp = 0.038 ~ 332. In this paper, the frictional resistance of two-phase flow in an inner finned tube was calculated by multiplying the frictional resistance of the two-phase flow tube of the same tube length and diameter by the multiplication factor.
