21世纪以来,伴随着第三次科学技术革命的脚步,我们的社会进入了信息大爆炸的信息时代,尤其是在网络大规模普及之后,文化与信息的交互范围更广、速度更快,极大提高了信息数据的利用率,促进了全社会的繁荣与发展。但是在信息广泛利用的同时,也出现了一些急需解决的问题,网络信息传播对版权保护造成了很大的冲击,使得版权保护工作面临诸多困难和挑战。
