选择以重庆地区高硫煤为研究对象,研究细粒煤脱硫的抑制剂和工艺.结果发现在适当改变粒度组成下,对含硫1.40%的南桐入浮煤样,添加巯基乙酸200g/t,可获得精煤硫分小于1.2%,产率为57.91%的良好指标.黄铁矿硫脱除率为63%,明显高于现场指标.采用量子化学计算、ESCA测试、ξ-电位分析等结果,探讨了煤系黄铁矿的抑制机理,得出浮选过程抑制黄铁矿的有效途径在于添加药剂使体系充分分散,减少黄铁矿与煤的静电吸附和降低煤系黄铁矿的含碳量.
