众所周知,教育与经济发展密不可分,要培养适合经济发展人才,那么教育一定是最必不可少的因素。本文探究教育经费的投入造就的高素质人才对我国经济增长做出的贡献度,为我国经济增长提出有效的政策性意见。文章选取2004至2013年的时间序列数据,并且借助计量经济模型,通过实证研究得出结论:教育经费的增加对促进经济增长有明显的正向促进作用,本科在校大学生人数即高素质人力资源与我国经济增长存在明显的正相关关系。政策建议:应该加大对教育经费的投入,提高高中升学率、增加本科在校大学生人数和提升大学生的文化素质水平,即提高我国目前整体的劳动力水平和效率。
As we all know, education and economic development are inextricably linked. To train qualified personnel for economic development, education must be the most essential factor. This article explores the contribution made by the input of education funds to the high-quality talents made by our country for economic growth and puts forward effective policy suggestions for the economic growth of our country. The article chooses the time series data from 2004 to 2013, and through the econometric model, through the empirical research draws the conclusion that the increase of educational funds has a positive role in promoting the economic growth. The undergraduate university students, that is, high-quality human resources And China’s economic growth there is a clear positive correlation. Policy recommendations: It is necessary to increase investment in education funds, increase the enrollment rate of high school, increase the undergraduate college students and enhance the cultural quality of undergraduates, that is, to raise the overall level of labor force and efficiency in our country.
