From September 24 to September 25, 1992, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways, along with the Bureau of Machine Building and the Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry General Corporation, convened the Appraisal Meeting for Ground Testing of Three-Phase AC Drive 1000 kW Units for Electric Locomotives in Zhuzhou. This subject is jointly developed by Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute and China Railway Science Research Institute.
