SCI对中国科技期刊的收录比例极小,在收录上并未完全体现就IF值而言的择优,学科分布又极不平衡,以它所收录的中国科技期刊(作为SCI期刊)来衡量中国科技期刊和论文、科研人员和机构的水平不能全面反映实际情况,导致判断错误,把中国一些学科领域的论文因SCI收录的中国期刊数极少而流失到为SCI收录的IF值并不高的国外期刊上去,从而严重减少这些领域中未被SCI收录的中国期刊的稿源。
SCI has a very small percentage of Chinese sci-tech periodicals and does not fully reflect the selection of IF scientifically. The distribution of SCIs is extremely unbalanced. SCI measures China Science and Technology (SCI) The level of journals, dissertations, researchers and institutions can not fully reflect the actual situation, resulting in misjudgments. It has resulted in the loss of some Chinese papers in selected disciplines due to SCIs to the low IF value Journals, thus severely reducing the sources of Chinese journals not included in the SCI in these fields.
