草莓果实对机械振动胁迫的生理反应与抗性机制研究

对两个典型草莓品种(硕丰:坚肉型;丰香:软肉型)在轻微机械振动处理下的生理反应进行了研究.结果表明,机械振动胁迫可在草莓上诱发与衰老和品质劣变有关的一系列生理反应,如呼吸、细胞渗漏、膜脂过氧化反应等的显著升高.不同品种对机械胁迫的生理反应存在差异.丰香的呼吸反应和细胞渗漏均高于硕丰.机械胁迫在两个品种上均诱导出明显的SOD活性高峰.在坚肉型的硕丰上,由于诱导SOD的保护作用,LOX活性与MDA生成量的关系不明显,表明SOD活性的应激性升高是草莓果实对采后机械胁迫的一种重要抗性机制 Physiological responses of two typical strawberry varieties (Shuofeng: Kennedy; Toyonaka: Mochi) under mild mechanical vibration were studied. The results showed that mechanical vibration stress induces a series of physiological responses related to aging and quality deterioration in strawberry such as respiration, cell leakage and membrane lipid peroxidation. The physiological responses of different varieties to mechanical stress are different. Feng scent respiratory reaction and cell leakage were higher than Shuofeng. Mechanical stress induces obvious peak of SOD activity in both varieties. On the fleshy type of Shuofeng, the relationship between LOX activity and MDA production was insignificant due to induction of SOD, indicating that the stress-induced increase of SOD activity is an important resistance of strawberry fruit to post-harvest mechanical stress mechanism
