晶状体脱位较常发生予眼外伤,国内个案报告屡见不鲜,但系统的统计分_桁尚少见,手头仅查见方臻、孙信孚等报告。我科1960～1983年住院治疗晶状体脱位病案记录完整的有46例(47眼),现整理报告如下。一、临床资料 1.性别与年龄:表1 46例中,男30例(65.2％),女16例(34.8％),男多于女,约为2:1,与国内文献报告相似。年龄8～81岁,以40～69岁年龄组发生率最高,有27例(58.7％),与国内文献一致。 2.眼别:右眼23例,左眼22例、双眼1例,共46例47眼,左右眼发生机会相近,与孙氏报告相似。 3.病因分类:表2 Ocular ocular trauma is a frequent occurrence of dislocation of the lens. Domestic case reports are not uncommon. However, the statistics of the system are still scarce. Only the reports of Fang Zhen and Sun Xin Fu are available at hand. Our department from 1960 to 1983 hospitalized cases of dislocation of the lens integrity of 46 cases (47 eyes), are now finishing the report as follows.
