目的:对现有的国标方法进行改进,建立微波消解—冷原子吸收法测定尿中汞的方法。方法:采用微波消解样品预处理技术用冷原子吸收法测定尿中汞的含量。结果:汞含量在0.000~0.128 mg/L范围内线形良好,相关系数r>0.999,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.35%,样品加标回收率为96.0%~105%,方法最低检出限为0.0007 mg/L。结论:方法操作简单,结果准确,线性范围宽,达到国标要求,灵敏度高适用于尿中汞的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the existing national standard method and establish a method for the determination of mercury in urine by microwave digestion-cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The content of mercury in urine was determined by cold atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion sample pretreatment. Results: The linearity was good in the range of 0.000-0.128 mg / L with the correlation coefficient r> 0.999, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.35%, and the recoveries were 96.0% -105%. The detection limit was 0.0007 mg / L. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, linear range and meet the national standard requirements, high sensitivity for the determination of urinary mercury.
