对于输电线路员工而言,以往举办的输电线路培训方式以授课方式,员工切身体验、实地操作的机会较少,培训的内容与实践有较大脱节,培训质量和实际效果较差。另外,培训前期来源于生产一线的调研数据支撑不够,造成培训与需求目标不吻合,人力资源开发对提高生产力未起到积极推动作用。基于此,本文主要探讨了输电线路专业互助型员工的培养方法。
For the transmission line staff, the transmission line training methods held in the past were taught by employees and experienced by themselves. There was less chance of operation on the ground. The content and practice of training were far away from each other, and the quality and actual effect of training were poor. In addition, the pre-training data from the production front-line research did not support enough, resulting in the training does not meet the needs of the target, human resources development has not played a positive role in promoting productivity. Based on this, this article mainly discusses the training methods of professional mutual aid workers in transmission lines.
