分析了强激光在空气中产生等离子体干涉图的空间频谱特性,采用高阶契比雪夫数字递归滤波器和阈值自动调整的相位解包算法成功地提取了等离子体干涉图的相位信息。论述了对干涉图样进行数字滤波时的设计考虑,给出了实验结果。实践表明,这种方法可用于快速、瞬态光学干涉图样相位信息的提取。
The spatial frequency spectrum of the plasma interferogram generated by intense laser in air is analyzed. The phase information of the plasma interferogram is successfully extracted by using the high-order Chebyshev digital recursive filter and the phase unwrapping algorithm with automatic threshold adjustment. The design considerations for digital filtering of interference patterns are discussed, and the experimental results are given. Practice shows that this method can be used for fast, transient optical interference pattern phase information extraction.
