一铺好炕灶应该是:好烧、暖和、热得均匀和省柴。但要全面达到这些要求并非易事。去年末,黑龙江省对各地区推选的12铺炕灶,以及辽、吉两省的优秀灶各一铺进行了测试,测试结果表明:能较全面达到要求的炕灶一铺也没有(测试结果见附表)。由此可见,在北方地区推广省柴炕灶绝非是简单地按人为的想象去改变某些结构就可以达到的。必须按照科学程序,制订炕灶技术要求和测试方法,进行测试数据分析,根据要求和试验结果分析确定结构型式进行试验和验证后才能获得合理结构,从而研制出优秀的炕灶。本文从测试结果的数据来分析炕灶结构的主要问题。一、空气过量系数和化学不完全燃烧损失测验结果表明,从热损失来看,机械不完全损失一般仅在0.8~1.5%之间。所以此项损失是极小的,
