针对城市暴雨强度公式、参数拟合的选择问题,采用最小二乘法原理,同时基于绝对标准差和相对标准差最小的原则,以昆明市近年来实测城市水文气象资料为例,分片区拟合了昆明城市暴雨强度公式及次洪径流系数。精度检验结果表明,暴雨强度公式及次洪径流系数具有一定的精度,可作为昆明城市建设中排水设计及淹水点整治的重要依据。
According to the principle of least square method and the standard deviation of absolute standard deviation and relative standard deviation, aiming at the selection of urban storm intensity formula and parameter fitting, taking the measured urban hydrological and meteorological data in recent years in Kunming as an example, Storm intensity formula of Kunming city and secondary flood runoff coefficient. Accuracy test results show that the storm intensity formula and sub-flood runoff coefficient have certain accuracy and can be used as an important basis for drainage design and flood control point renovation in Kunming urban construction.
