美国低压钢筋混凝土管的设计主要依据二个规程,一个是美国给水工作者协会颁发的C302标准,另一个是美国材料试验标准C361-美国开垦设计局使用。管接头可以使用接口钢环或完全由混凝土做成,典型的管壁断面和接口如图1所示。这类管子广泛地用于灌溉工程的低压输水管线中。工业和民用给水及雨污水干管也使用。其直径一般从300毫米到3600毫米。但是可以制造更大的管子。根据管子直径长度从2.4米到7.2米。这类管子用于内压力一般不超过37.5米水头的低压管道。
The design of U.S. low-pressure reinforced concrete pipes is based on two procedures. One is the C302 standard issued by the American Association of Water Workers, and the other is the U.S. material testing standard C361 used by the U.S. Bureau of Design. Pipe joints can be made using interface steel rings or completely made of concrete. Typical pipe wall sections and interfaces are shown in Figure 1. This kind of pipe is widely used in low pressure water pipelines for irrigation projects. Industrial and civil water supply and rain sewer trunks are also used. Its diameter is generally from 300mm to 3600mm. But you can make bigger tubes. According to the pipe diameter length from 2.4 meters to 7.2 meters. This type of pipe is used for low pressure piping where the internal pressure does not normally exceed 37.5 meters.
