食品冷藏库的作用,在于建立一个贮藏易腐食品的低温环境,以利最大限度地保持食品原有的质量。冷藏库的耗冷量就是指为了保持这种低温环境,在某一时刻应向库房供应的冷量。因此也可称为冷负荷。耗冷量的计算一般分二步进行,首先是对各库房按不同性质的热源,分别计算其耗冷量;然后根据库房的特性计算库房蒸发器负荷并按不同的蒸发温度计算制冷机的机械负荷。以后几章将以此为据配置库房制冷设备、选择制冷压缩机和进行系统设计。
