神经纤维瘤病(Neurofibromatosis 简称NE)系一种广泛累及神经外胚层和中胚层的生长发育障碍。现报告1例如下:患者女,50岁。于1987年9月12日入院。20年前左腕部出现逐渐增大的肿块,近3～4年累及左上肢,左下肢相继出现肿块。无家族史。一年前感双下肢乏力,入院前半月出现双下肢瘫痪,伴大小便障碍。查体:躯干部见8处1.0～2.5cm 及多处散在性0.3～0.5cm 牛奶咖啡斑。左上肢与左下肢触及6个3～6cm质韧的肿块,无压痛。颅神经未发现异常,眼底(—)。
Neurofibromatosis (NE) is a growth and development disorder that widely affects neuroectoderm and mesoderm. Now report a case as follows: Female patient, 50 years old. On September 12, 1987 admitted. Twenty years ago, there was a gradual increase in the left wrist mass, nearly 3 to 4 years involving the left upper extremity, left lower extremity have appeared lumps. No family history. A sense of weakness of the lower extremities a year ago, paralysis of the lower extremities occurred in the first half of admission, accompanied by urinary disorders. Physical examination: see the trunk 8 Department 1.0 ~ 2.5cm and scattered 0.3 ~ 0.5cm milk coffee spots. Left upper limb and left lower limb touched 6 3 ~ 6cm quality tough mass, no tenderness. Cranial nerve was not abnormal, fundus (-).
