针对目前被广泛使用的以磷化铝片剂为原料的磷化氢仓外发生技术存在的缺点 ,研制开发出以磷化铝粉剂为原料的磷化氢高效发生及输配工艺。该工艺有效地解决了磷化铝粉剂遇空气极易燃爆的难题 ,实现了磷化氢发生及气体环流一体化 ,并采用计算机全自动控制系统。经应用试验证明 ,整个发生及输配过程快速、稳定、安全、彻底、能耗低、杀虫效果好。
In view of the shortcomings of the currently widely used phosphine-based aluminum phosphide tablet raw materials for the occurrence of phosphine outside the technology, research and development of phosphine powder as raw material phosphine efficient generation and distribution process. The process effectively solves the problem that the aluminum phosphide powder encounters extremely flammable and explosive air, realizes the integration of the phosphine gas generation and the gas circulation, and adopts a computer automatic control system. The application of tests proved that the entire occurrence and distribution of fast, stable, safe, thorough, low energy consumption, insecticidal effect.
