用于131型复式风泵的分解式变向阀与整体式的相比,具有加工时同心度要求较低而容易制造,以及互换性较好等特点,但其尾杆容易裂断。经研究,我段从1977年下半年起采用新的制造工艺,至今两年多来没有出现过尾杆裂断事故。具体措施是:采用合理的过渡圆弧,改进机城加工,合理的配合与组装。一、选用合理的过渡圆弧分解式变向阀尾杆的构造如图1所示。
