在计算机技术日益渗入科学、工业、军事甚至日常生活各个领域的今天,医学也成为计算机技术的一个重要的应用领域。但就我国的实际情况而言,人力资源丰富,但计算机设备比较缺乏,因此,我们的计算机在医学上的应用就不应该着眼于节省人力上面,而应该是应用它来尽可能提高我们的诊断和治疗水平,着眼于使我们广大患者由于计算机的应用而得到尽可能高的医疗服务水平上。目前,我国中医处在后继乏人的情况之中,很多有经验的老中医年事已高,他们的经验急待及时整理。如果能用计算机存贮的方法将他们的经验保留下来,则更方便于这些宝贵经验的推广和应用。本文主要介绍计算机诊断的数学模型及医学诊断用的专家系统的基本概念。

At present, the Chinese medicine practitioners in our country are in the background of the lack of follow-up. Many experienced old Chinese doctors have had a high age of obsession, and their experience urgently needs to be sorted out in time. If you can use computer storage methods to retain their experience, then more convenient for the promotion of these valuable experiences and applications. This article mainly introduces the mathematical model of computer diagnosis and the basic concepts of expert system for medical diagnosis.
