本文主要根据当前的国际国内金融经济形势,房地产行业发展趋势和东莞本地经济特点等对东莞楼市进行了分析,认为东莞楼市价格在2009年将仍然延续2008年结构性下跌趋势。希望本文的研究能为房地产投资者提供参考。
According to the current international and domestic financial and economic situation, real estate industry trends and Dongguan local economic characteristics of the property market in Dongguan conducted an analysis that the property market in Dongguan in 2009 will continue the structural decline in 2008. I hope this study can provide a reference for real estate investors.
