测定了担孢子存活率及萌发率,比较了单双核茵丝的培养特征、生长速度,并进行了单核茵丝的配对杂交、杂交菌株的初筛试验。结果表明,香菇担孢子的存活率与萌发率随冰箱(0~4℃)保存时间延长而明显降低;单双核茵丝的培养特征与生长速度有明显差别,两者较易区分。单核茵丝的配对杂交得到了一株具优良性状的菌株。此菌株的菇产量较其双亲高28.5%。
The survival rate and the germination rate of basidiomycetes were determined. The culture characteristics and growth rate of single and double nuclear inoculum were compared, and the hybridization of single nuclear filament and hybrid screening were carried out. The results showed that the survival rate and the germination rate of M. vanrii decreased significantly with the storage time of refrigerator (0 ~ 4 ℃). The culture characteristics and growth rate of single and double nuclear Yin silk were significantly different and the two were easier to distinguish. Monoclonal hybridization yielded a strain with excellent traits. The mushroom yield of this strain is 28.5% higher than that of its parents.
