目的研究新型脑肿瘤显像剂11C-蛋氨酸的合成方法及产率研究。方法利用回旋加速器轰击产生11C-CO2,甲醇化后获得活性很强的甲基化前体11C-CH3I,该前体再与L-高胱氨酸硫内酯在常温下反应,获得11C标记的蛋氨酸(11C-MET),通过多次合成总结提高产率的方法。结果气密性、干燥度、碘晶体含量对蛋氨酸的合成及产率影响较大。结论控制好影响11C-MET合成的各种因素,11C-MET合成效率可达到80%以上。11C-MET合成速度快,合成效率高,适用于临床PET显像。
Objective To study the synthesis method and yield of novel brain tumor imaging agent 11C-methionine. Methods 11C-CO2 was produced by cyclotron bombardment and methylated precursor 11C-CH3I was obtained after methanization. The precursor reacted with L-cystathionine at room temperature to obtain 11C-labeled Methionine (11C-MET), a method of increasing yield by summarizing multiple syntheses. Results Airtightness, dryness, and iodine content had a significant effect on the synthesis and yield of methionine. Conclusion The various factors affecting 11C-MET synthesis control, 11C-MET synthesis efficiency can reach more than 80%. 11C-MET synthesis speed, high synthesis efficiency, suitable for clinical PET imaging.
