从去年开始,国内首批41家由SDA认定批准的第一批药品零售跨省连锁试点企业,不少已开始闯出“省门”,杀向异地。其跨省连锁经营的手法并不单一,他们进军异省,采用了直营、重组、并购、特许加盟连锁等等方式,使一大批具有良好品牌效应的医药零售的连锁药店在异地迅速崛起。 在兵戎相见的市场较量中,无数当地的民营个体药店,还没有来得及正面交锋,便纷纷兵败当阳。生存的危机,像一个巨大的阴影罩在他们头上,使其难以心安神宁。
Since last year, among the first batch of 41 provincial-level chain pharmaceutical retail pilot enterprises approved by the SDA, many have started to break out of the “provincial gate” and killed in different places.
