From the dense jungles of Malaysia to the coral reefs in the Caribbean, scientists are ransacking the entire planet (referring to the earth) in search of drugs that can cure the most difficult diseases. Such a search is a cumbersome job - checking the thousands of natural complexes on average for a medical purpose. Of these pharmaceutical complexes, only a few are available on the market. However, despite the high risk of failure, researchers continue to do so because they realize that nature has millions of years of experience as the ultimate chemist.
