目的:探讨丹红注射液对急性脑梗死后IL-8、Fibulin-5和P-selectin水平的影响。方法:选取2012年12月—2014年12月在本院收治的112例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者予常规控制血糖、血压,改善脑循环,保护脑细胞,抑制血小板聚集等常规治疗。观察组患者在对照组基础上联合丹红注射液。比较两组患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、疗效及血清Fibulin-5、P-selectin、IL-8水平。结果:观察组NIHSS评分由(14.47±3.01)分下降至(3.78±0.57)分,对照组NIHSS评分由(14.51±2.17)分下降至(6.13±0.93)分,治疗前,两组NIHSS评分无差异,治疗后均有所下降,且观察组下降更明显。观察组总有效率为78.57%,高于对照组41.07%,两组患者治疗前P-selectin、Fibulin-5、IL-8比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后较治疗前下降,且观察组更低,比较差异有统计学意义。观察组治疗前后P-selectin为(10.63±1.54)μg/L、(7.65±1.02)μg/L,Fibulin-5为(124.56±22.67)μg/L、(66.31±12.21)μg/L,IL-8为(835.12±123.51)ng/L、(254.12±62.27)ng/L;对照组治疗前后P-selectin为(10.56±2.51)μg/L、(8.24±1.57)μg/L,Fibulin-5为(123.47±24.51)μg/L、(81.67±10.2)μg/L,IL-8为(824.57±135.46)ng/L、(424.52±64.51)ng/L。结论:丹红注射液能够降低急性脑梗死患者血清Fibulin-5、P-selectin、IL-8水平,降低患者神经功能缺损评分,提高疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on IL-8, Fibulin-5 and P-selectin levels after acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 112 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected as control group and observation group by random number table. Patients in control group were given routine control of blood glucose, blood pressure, Improve brain circulation, protect brain cells, inhibit platelet aggregation and other conventional treatment. Observation group patients in the control group based on Danhong injection. Neurological impairment (NIHSS) score, curative effect and serum levels of Fibulin-5, P-selectin and IL-8 were compared between the two groups. Results: The NIHSS score decreased from (14.47 ± 3.01) to (3.78 ± 0.57) points in the observation group and decreased from (14.51 ± 2.17) points to (6.13 ± 0.93) points in the control group. Before treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were no Differences, decreased after treatment, and the observation group decreased more significantly. The total effective rate was 78.57% in the observation group, 41.07% higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in P-selectin, Fibulin-5 and IL-8 levels between the two groups before treatment, Low, the difference was statistically significant. The levels of P-selectin in the observation group before and after treatment were (10.63 ± 1.54) μg / L and (7.65 ± 1.02) μg / L, respectively, and those of Fibulin-5 were (124.56 ± 22.67) μg / L and (66.31 ± 12.21) 8 (835.12 ± 123.51) ng / L and (254.12 ± 62.27) ng / L, respectively. Conclusion: Danhong injection can reduce the levels of Fibulin-5, P-selectin and IL-8 in patients with acute cerebral infarction, reduce the neurological deficit scores and improve the curative effect.
