通过对攀西钒钛磁铁矿矿物结构及攀西钛精矿选钛工艺研究,同时采用XRD、扫描电镜对攀西钛精矿进行深度剖析,得出在攀枝花钛精矿中主要元素分布及杂质元素的赋存状态。攀西钛精矿是以偏钛酸铁(FeO·TiO_2)晶格为基础,含有Mg、Mn等氧化物杂质的固溶体,主要杂质元素Si、Ca、Mg、Al、Fe、Ti等物质以一种或多种氧化物形式固溶于钛铁矿伴生相硅酸盐中。针对不同用途,提出通过深度解粒,调整钛精矿选别工艺参数,可生产出高品质的钛精矿,实现高附加值利用。
