在化工企业的日常生产中,由于其所需要使用的物资众多且数量巨大,再加上其本身物资对安全要求的特殊性,对其进行相关管理就显得很有必要。在化工企业的日常物资管理中,很容易出现或大或小的问题,针对这种情况,本文就提高化工企业库房管理与利用率的措施进行探讨,希望能对我国化工企业自身物资管理工作的更好展开带来一定的启发。
