青菜(Brassica chinensis)是苏州市的主要蔬菜品种之一。为选育青菜抗病毒病品种及为防治提供依据,我们从1979年至84年对苏州郊区的毒原种类及青菜苗龄与抗性的关系,进行了研究。一、毒原种类鉴定方法 (一)采集病株分别于79、80、81年在郊区的虎丘、蒌葑和横塘的9个大队27个生产队共采集364个病株,其中春青菜114个,秋青菜250个。 (二)鉴别寄主鉴定归类 1.分离接种:将采集的病样单株经4℃冰冻后,加适量0.05M磷酸缓冲液用研钵磨碎,经三层纱布过滤,汁液加少许600目金刚
Brassica chinensis is one of the main vegetable varieties in Suzhou. In order to breed anti-virus varieties of vegetables and provide basis for prevention and treatment, we studied the types of poisonous toxins and the relationship between plantlet age and resistance of vegetables in suburbs of Suzhou from 1979 to 1984.
