During World War II, the necessary reaction of Canada and the United States to the European crisis prepared for the summit of Ogdensburg. The results of the meeting showed that the two countries formed a military alliance for the dual purpose of security and defense in the North American continent and their support for the British war. The joint conference on standing defense of the United States and the United States (APF) has become the most important platform for security cooperation between the two countries. Canada began to move from the British security track to the U.S. track. However, since then, the argument between Canada and the United States over a series of issues that affect the security relations between the two countries and changes in the status and role of the UNFCCC reflected the changes in the security relations between the two countries during World War II. The security interaction between the United States and the United States has brought about profound changes in the security structure and the international situation in the Atlantic Ocean.
