目的研究鼠李科马甲子属植物马甲子Paliurus ramosissimus中三萜类化学成分。方法通过开放硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等多种方法进行分离、纯化、制备,并通过化合物的理化性质、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振波谱等方法对化合物进行结构鉴定和解析。结果从马甲子地上部分的95%乙醇水提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到6个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为22β,24-二羟基-A(1)-去甲-2,20(29)-羽扇豆二烯-27,28-二羧酸(1)、大枣烯酸(2)、3-O-原儿茶酰美洲茶酸(3)、美洲茶三酸(4)、2-O-咖啡酰麦珠子酸(5)、3-O-咖啡酰麦珠子酸(6)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为马甲子酸A,化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,且首次报道化合物3的完整核磁数据。
Objective To study the triterpene chemical constituents in Paliurus ramosissimus, a genus of the genus Lysimachia. Methods The compounds were separated, purified and prepared by open silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase ODS column chromatography, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The compounds were characterized by physicochemical properties, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy Structural identification and resolution of compounds. Results Six triterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the 95% ethanolic water extract of the aerial part of the cassava, and were identified as 22β, 24-dihydroxy-A (1) (2), 3-O-protocatechuicacid (3), melamine tacrolimus (4), lutein-27,28- , 2-O-caffeoylmalic acid (5), 3-O-caffeoylmalic acid (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named as procateral A, and compounds 2 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time. For the first time, the complete NMR data of compound 3 were reported.
