地方高等中医药院校是中医药人才培养的主体,随着卫生服务模式的转变和中医药事业的迅速发展,也对地方高等中医药院校人才培养提出了更高要求。分析当前中医药人才培养过程中教育理念转变不够、课程设置趋同、能力培养不足以及教学模式较为单一等问题,把握其“地方性、行业性、多样性、应用性”的特征,对于深化人才培养改革,解决影响人才培养质量的深层次突出问题,具有十分重要的现实意义和指导意义。
Local higher TCM colleges are the mainstay of cultivating TCM personnel. With the change of health service mode and the rapid development of TCM, higher requirements are also put forward for personnel training in higher TCM colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current problems of insufficient transformation of educational philosophy, convergence of curriculum, lack of capacity-building and simple teaching mode in the process of cultivating traditional Chinese medicine talents and grasps the characteristics of “local, industrial, diversity and applicability” and deepens It is of great practical significance and guiding significance for personnel training to reform and solve the profound outstanding problems that affect the quality of personnel training.
