当前,在选拔和培养年轻干部工作中,有的同志思想还受到不同程度的禁锢。有的满足于现状,把选拔培养年轻干部看成是很遥远的事情;有的识别干部缺乏辩证法,对年轻干部求全责备,容不下缺点;有的有担心心理,感到年轻干部阅历浅、经验少,放在重要岗位上不放心;有的存在与己无关的思想,认为选拔培养年轻干部是制度上的事、是上级党委的事。这些思想严重制约了干部队伍年轻化的进程,影响了优秀年轻干部脱颖而出。解放思想已成为当前选拔培养优秀年轻干部工作的关键。
At present, some comrades in the work of selecting and training young cadres are also subject to different degrees of imprisonment. Some are satisfied with the status quo and regard the selection and cultivation of young cadres as a very distant thing. Some recognize that cadres lack dialectics and seek complete blame on younger cadres, which can not tolerate any weaknesses. Some worry about being mentally handicapped and feel inexperienced and inexperienced. Do not worry on important positions; some exist and have nothing to do with the idea that the selection and training of young cadres is a system of things, is the higher party committee. These ideas have seriously hampered the process of rejuvenating cadres and affected the outstanding young cadres to stand out. Emancipating the mind has become the key to the current selection and cultivation of outstanding young cadres.
