本研究的目的是用高磷饲料(普通饲料加NaH_2PO_4·2H_2O,使磷含量为1%)诱发大鼠肾内钙化时,对其钙化灶的形成与分布作组织学动态观察。实验分三组,第Ⅰ组:雄大鼠57只,分为9组,每组6至7只,Ⅰ-1组于实验当日喂高磷饲料前处死;Ⅰ-2至Ⅰ-9组依次分别于实验后第3、5、7、9、16、24、32、50天处死,取左肾的一半(余肾做生化分析),及心、肝、脾、肺、胰、小肠、大肠,石腊包
The purpose of this study was to use a high-phosphorus diet (normal diet plus NaH 2 PO 4 ·2H 2 O, phosphorus content of 1%) to induce intrarenal calcification in rats, the formation and distribution of its calcification for histological dynamic observation.
