采用H08Mn2SiA、Qk Aristorod 12.5两种焊丝分别对30CrMnSiA钢进行CO2气体保护焊,并对这两种焊丝所焊接头的显微组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:采用H08Mn2SiA焊丝进行焊接,焊缝组织主要由细晶铁素体和针状铁素体组成,焊缝的显微组织比采用Qk Aristorod 12.5焊丝焊接焊缝组织要细小,其针状铁素体细且数量多、排列密集。H08Mn2SiA焊丝焊接接头的力学性能优于Qk Aristorod 12.5焊丝焊接接头的力学性能。
The CO2 gas shielded welding of 30CrMnSiA steel with H08Mn2SiA and Qk Aristorod 12.5 was carried out respectively. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints of the two welding wires were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the weld is mainly composed of fine-grained ferrite and acicular ferrite with H08Mn2SiA welding wire. The microstructure of the weld is smaller than that of the weld with Qk Aristorod12.5 wire. The acicular iron Slender body and quantity, arranged in dense. The mechanical properties of H08Mn2SiA wire welding joints are better than those of Qk Aristorod12.5 wire welding joints.
