随着社会经济的快速发展,社会竞争日趋激烈,电力企业也面临着来自国内外不同的竞争压力。因此电力企业要想在激烈的社会竞争中生存和发展就必须加强人事管理,认识到开展人事管理工作的重要性。电力行业属于国家经济发展的关键支柱,在一定程度上推动了国家经济发展。人事管理作为电力企业管理工作的重中之重,企业必须提高人事管理水平,本文是笔者结合工作的实际情况合理制定的人事管理方案,明确人事管理方向和目标,以供参考。
With the rapid socio-economic development and increasingly fierce social competition, power companies are also facing different competitive pressures from home and abroad. Therefore, in order to survive and develop in fierce social competition, electric power enterprises must strengthen personnel management and recognize the importance of carrying out personnel management. The power industry is a key pillar of national economic development, to a certain extent, promoted the country’s economic development. Personnel Management As the top priority of the management of power enterprises, enterprises must improve the personnel management level. This article is a personnel management plan formulated by the author in light of the actual situation of the work, and defines the direction and objectives of personnel management for reference.
