富士康郑州科技园工会通过加强活动阵地建设、畅通维权诉求渠道、拓展成长成才空间、丰富精神文化生活等措施,着力打造深受广大员工信赖的“职工之家”。夯实基础,让职工有组织。目前已建立4个事业群工会、34个事业处工会分会、3350个工会小组,实现四级工会组织全覆盖。在岗员工30万余人,已入会员工27.1万人,入会率达91.1%。畅通渠道,让维权有平台。先后成立了劳动调解委员会、78585关爱中心等,通工会主席热线、维权热线、帮扶中心热线、关爱热线等,畅通员工诉求渠道。让“有困难,找工会”的理念在员工中入眼、入耳、入心。此外,园区工会还在厂区和各公寓区设置工会信箱,并派专职人员负责管理,将信息分级分类整理后,转发给指定责任单位进行处理及回馈。
