本文以甘蓝型冬油菜为料材,对游离小孢子培养诱导胚状体成苗进行了研究。结果表明游离小孢子培养25天就可见到多种类型的胚状体;振荡培养有利于胚状体的生长发育,子叶型胚频率较高;在相同培养条件下,游离小孢子胚状体成苗频率取决于胚状体的类型。本文还对花粉小孢子胚的发生、分化作了较详细的形态学观察。
In this paper, Brassica napus L. was used as material to study the embryogenesis of embryos induced by free microspore culture. The results showed that many kinds of embryoid bodies could be seen after culturing for 25 days. Oscillating culture was beneficial to the growth and development of embryoid bodies and the cotyledon embryo frequency was higher. Under the same culture conditions, Frequency of seedlings depends on the type of embryoid body. This article also made a more detailed morphological observation on the occurrence and differentiation of pollen microspore embryos.
