用油酸复制家兔RDS模型,灌入血府逐淤汤后测PaO_2及观察肺脏形态学变化。实验结果表明,血府逐淤汤有提高PaO_2与改善肺脏微循环障碍的作用,为临床治疗ARDS提供了一定的实验依据。
The RDS model of rabbits was replicated with oleic acid, and PaO 2 was measured after infiltrating into Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and the morphological changes of the lungs were observed. The experimental results show that Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can increase PaO 2 and improve the microcirculatory disturbance of the lung, which provides a certain experimental basis for clinical treatment of ARDS.
