2005年,我们本来计划在“封面人物”的运作上,更多地突出人物在某一方面的教育思想与办学理念,让人物自己叙述自己。但是,我们发现,我们原来的那种以办学历程为主要内容的介绍方式已经赢得了一部分校长的认同。许多校长更愿意将自己整个的奋斗过程与同行们分享。是的,评价教师的发展与学生的成长,我们要看其成长的过程;评价管理者,更要看他们成长与发展的每一个脚印。关注一个校长的发展,不仅仅要看他现在做到了什么,想到了什么,更要看在这个过程中,他们付出了多少努力,进行了多少思考。张明霞,就是我们愿意分享她的成长历程的一位校长。
