Since 1954, the labor protection agreement has been successively implemented in the coal mine system and some achievements have been obtained. Some units have also obtained some good experiences. These achievements and experiences have confirmed that the implementation of the labor protection agreement is one of the most effective ways for trade unions to assist and supervise the administration of the workforce in labor protection.
